Grounds and Purpose of Fixed Video Information Processing Equipment Installation
DOOSAN Gallery installs and operates Fixed Video Information Processing Equipment for the following purposes in accordance with Article 25 of the Personal Information Protection Act and Article 6 of the Enforcement Rules of the Parking Lot Act :
- Facility safety and fire prevention
- Crime prevention for the safety of customers
- Prevention of vehicle theft and damage (in the case of installation in parking lots)
- Other purposes permitted by applicable laws and regulations
Installation and Operation Status of Fixed Video Information Processing Equipment
The number, location and filming scope of Fixed Video Information Processing Equipment are outlined as follows :

(2) Processing method: DOOSAN Gallery records and manages matters related to the use of personal video information for purposes other than its intended use, provision to third parties, destruction, and requests for viewing. Upon expiration of the retention period, the information is permanently deleted in an irreversible manner (for printed materials, this includes shredding or incineration).

DOOSAN Gallery has commissioned the handling of personal video information as outlined below and stipulates the necessary provisions in the commissioning contract to ensure that personal information is securely managed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations :

Request of a Personal Information Provider, Such As Requesting to View/Inspect Their Personal Information
A personal information provider (“a person”) can request DOOSAN Gallery to view/inspect and confirm the identification (”Viewing/Inspection”) regarding their own personal video information.
DOOSAN Gallery will take a necessary action upon receiving a request for viewing/inspection. In doing so, DOOSAN Gallery may check through a submitted ID including resident registration card or driver’s license to confirm whether the requesting person is the person concerned or a legitimate representative.
DOOSAN Gallery may reject such a request in the following cases and in such cases, DOOSAN Gallery will give notice, in writing, to the requesting person or the representative of the reason for rejection or the method for appealing within 10 days of receiving the request :
- When the personal video information was destroyed because of the expiration of the retention period.
- When other legitimate reasons exist to reject such a viewing/inspection request.

DOOSAN Gallery takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal video information in accordance with relevant laws, preventing it from being lost, stolen, leaked, falsified, altered, or damaged:
- Establishment and implementation of an internal management plan for the secure processing of personal video information
- Access control and restriction of access rights to personal video information
- Application of technologies to securely store and transmit personal video information
- Measures to store processing records and prevent falsification or alteration
- Provision of secure physical storage facilities or installation of locking devices for the safe storage of personal video information
Changes to Video Information Processing Equipment Operation and Management Policy
This policy on the operation and management of Video Information Processing Equipment was established on January 1st, 2025. If there are any additions, deletions, or modifications due to changes in laws, policies, or security technologies, the reasons for the changes and details will be announced on the website before implementation.
